Eye Exams
Vision Centre has worked with ophthalmology from the beginning and continues its long term affiliation with Dr. Brett Elliot in Milford and The Delaware Eye Institute in Rehoboth and Millsboro. The Dover location currently provides eye exams and is taking appointments for Dr. Arthur Belson., M.D., a board certified ophthalmologist. Dover appointments can be made by calling 800-794-8989.
Vision Centre’s affiliation with the Delaware Eye Institute
Vision Centre’s affiliation with the Delaware Eye Institute began in 1989 when Vision Centre leased space from Dr. David Robinson on Savannah Road in Lewes. Both saw a need for a “state of the art” facility in a growing community that appreciated services each could offer. The two companies opened in April of 1990 and was an immediate success with Dr. Robinson and his staff taking care of all the eyecare needs and Vision Centre providing a selection of eyewear not seen in the area before as well as fitting contact lenses.
The Millsboro location was opened in 1995 and in 2003 both companies moved the Lewes location to the current location at 18791 John J. Williams Highway in Rehoboth.
